The only airshow trip to the east in 1996 took the author to Bydgoszcz, where unfortunately no MiG-21 flew. Only two aircraft could be seen in the static display – one from the collection of the local museum and one that had come from Malbork. At least the range of types displayed from the inventory of the Polish Air Force left nothing (yet) to be desired ...
